Aquatic Personal Training
Aquatic training offers advantages one cannot achieve on dry land, regardless of the participant’s condition. By combining low-impact aerobics and strength training with the buoyancy of water, exercisers obtain cardiovascular and muscle-toning benefits without straining joints and muscles. Trainers design personalized programs to help participants achieve their fitness goals.
Hydroriders
Hydroriders are unique stationary aquatic bikes that allow users to pedal while partially immersed in water. The Hydroriders provide users with the benefits of a regular
stationary bike, but with less stress on the knees and back.
