We offer group fitness programs to fit the needs and schedules of any member, no matter your age or interest.

Program Descriptions

Ballroom and Latin Dancing: Choose from three different classes – Beginner I, Beginner II and Intermediate. The Beginner I class will cover the hustle, slow dancing, waltz, swing, rumba, salsa and tango. The Beginner II class will cover additional styling in steps taught in Beginner I, plus other ballroom and Latin steps, including the fox trot and cha-cha. The Intermediate class will cover additional steps and styling. Held on Wednesday evenings. Registration and payment can be taken at the Pro Shop.

Beginner Cycling: This is an on-going class designed for new cyclist.  Learn proper bike set-up and riding technique.

BOSU Strength and Core: Work your core like you never have before. Improve your posture and balance while strengthening and toning your body.

BodyPump: The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body using weight room exercises. Emphasizing low-weight, high reps.

Boot Camp: Train like a Navy Seal. Not for those with a weak mind, body or soul. To register, contact our fitness director at 610-328-8866.

CardioBlast and Sculpt: A challenging mix of everything! Start off with some hi/lo or step, followed by resistance training and abs. A great total body workout! All levels.

Cardio Frenzy: A 45 min. cardio-only class in interval format. Work out on treadmills, bikes, UBE and Versa climber. A great workout for all levels.

Cycling: A 45-min fun and challenging group cycling class. Classes for all levels. Fee for non-members.

Gentle Kripalu Yoga: Students of all levels will be comfortable in this class where the emphasis is on awareness through movement. Breathing, postures and deep relaxation techniques are used in this class. Fee for non-members. 75 minutes.

Hatha Yoga: This moderately challenging class includes pranayama, asanas and relaxation. The emphasis is on building strength and flexibility, while coordinating the breath with movement. The class includes Vinyasa flow as well as balancing and restorative postures. Fee for non-members. 75 minutes.

Hi/Lo & Strength: A cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels combining low and high-impact aerobics. Finish up with strengthening exercises, abs and a stretch.

Kettlebell F.I.T.: A fun, fast paced workout encompassing circuit-style training focusing on core strength and total body fitness. Come see what the hype is all about and get those results you’re finally been waiting for. Class size limited. 

Prerequisite: three orientation sessions (call for details).

Pilates: Mat Pilates classes focusing on breathing with movement, balance, coordination, strength & flexibility. All levels. Fee for non-members.

Strength for Life: A wellness weight training program especially geared for seniors to help improve strength, balance, coordination and flexibility.

Strength Ride: An interval class that takes place on and off the spinner bikes. Combine strength, muscular endurance, core stability and power – all in one workout.

Struttin’ Strollers: A walking/running class for moms and infants/toddlers. This one-hour class will improve cardiovascular endurance, build strength & tone muscles. Fee for non-members. Call 610-328-8874 to registerz

Total Function: An intense blend of agility, cardiovascular, functional, and strength training. These components will make for a very challenging functional workout.  Advance level.

20/20/20: Start with 20 minutes of aerobic activity, then add 20 minutes of total body conditioning, followed by training the core and flexibility. All levels.
