When individuals have pain or a limitation in function, they should first consult a physician. If therapy would be of benefit, the physician will write a prescription for the type of therapy needed. Some insurance companies require the individual to obtain a referral from their family doctor, known as the primary care physician, in addition to the prescription.
After a physician prescribes therapy, the patient or family member may call any of our facilities to set up an appointment. We offer a variety of hours and locations in order to meet the needs of those we serve.
